Refund for Vemma Indonesia and We change Platform

We understand your frustration about not receiving your Vemma orders. Vemma
Asia did not anticipate the problem that will occur in clearing the Vemma
stocks with the Customs Department in Jakarta. We have done the necessary
steps to get the documents in place in order to clear the stocks out from
them but things are not moving as fast as we want it to move. We have
approached other forwarders to help us get another batch of stocks but they
do not want to do it for us now because of the current tightening of
procedures at the Customs in Indonesia.

Please inform those who want to cancel and have their orders refunded to
write to us. We will do the refund for them.
